• TIRTL provides enforcement grade speed information
• TIRTLs are time synchronised to analyse “near misses” between trains & vehicles:
  • TRAINS:  start and end time, length, start & end speed, track, direction
  • VEHICLES:  time entering rail crossing, speed, lane, direction, class, axle base
  • DIFFERENTIAL: time separation between trains and vehicles and related speeds
